Narrative:

On may/sun/94, in cessna 182, I (private pilot) left tyler airport at XA30 am, with my destination as mineola/wisener airport. On arrival at approximately XB10 pm, I was on left downwind, runway 17 at 1400 ft, having completed checklist of landing. I turned on carburetor heat and 10 degrees of flaps in middle of runway, then turned base runway 17 and added another 10 degrees of flaps. I turned final onto runway 17 and descended to 750 ft. Upon descent and after clearing the trees, I approached runway, made landing on both main wheels, was actually on runway with both main wheels, power cut off, tried to flare to bleed airspeed off, but became airborne again. The aircraft slammed back on runway damaging nosewheel and propeller. I taxied to end of runway and made left turn to parking area. Mrs. X was sitting on porch and noticed that I was on the ground but had no explanation of what actually occurred and neither do I.
