Narrative:

On climb out of swf at about 3000 ft MSL (runway 27 straight out), we received a TA on TCASII followed by an RA to descend -- we did for about 300 ft -- clear of traffic and returned to climb. First officer finally saw small aircraft off our right doing aerobatics, vertical maneuvers over small airport just west of swf.
