Narrative:

While receiving vectors for a visual approach to 10R at cmh, ATC advised of traffic at our altitude and 2 O'clock. Further vectors put the traffic at 12 O'clock and 3 mi at our altitude. We advised ATC that we had negative contact. We were then advised of additional traffic at 11 O'clock being vectored for 10L at 3000 MSL. Again we advised ATC that we were negative contact on both targets. At this point we had a TA on the first target, which now became an RA with a 'descend' command. We advised ATC we were descending due to the RA. Supplemental information from acn 271577: followed RA commands to avoid aircraft. Deviation from altitude. About 1800 FPM descent from 3700 ft to about 2700 ft.
