Narrative:

We accepted a visual approach from ZAU, then contacted airport on CTAF 123.0, were advised runway 18 was favored. Made subsequent calls downwind, base and final. Upon touchdown on runway 18, observed light aircraft on runway heading in our direction, head on. We applied power and became airborne to avoid other aircraft. At this time we have been unable to directly contact other pilot, supposedly a student on solo cross country. Pilot of C-172 was transmitting on 122.8 instead of 123.0 and landed downwind. We are attempting to contact pilot or his instructor.
