Narrative:

Flying a PA-28-180 on a VFR flight plan from rockwall, tx (F46) to wiley post (pwa). Flight conditions were good in the dfw area, but as I was approaching oklahoma city area the conditions deteriorated into IMC. I was on course with 1 hour of fuel remaining. I had the chance to land at my alternate airport, but instead, I asked okc approach for a SVFR clearance to pwa. I was soon caught I the clouds with no instrument rating or proper instruments. I landed safely at pwa with help from okc approach. Next time, I'll land at the alternate, VFR.
