Narrative:

Air carrier X on ILS runway 9R at tizzy intersection advised he was climbing on a TCASII RA. There was no traffic below him. The only air carrier Y was on parallel heading on runway 8L above him at 5000 ft. X climbed from 3500 ft to 3800 ft before he resumed the ILS approach. I was working the final monitor 'a' position. This TCASII event is very similar to an event 20 mins later by aircraft Z. That event is on another NASA form.
