Narrative:
Air carrier X northbound at FL350 inbound to ind. The sector I was working has a restriction to give ind arrs to the next sector at or below FL310. Y was 15 mi southeast of X at FL31O with a 40 KT overtake. I descended X to FL280 in order to get him under Y and meet the sector restriction. Cpr Z was sebound at FL330. When X was at FL344 conflict alert activated. I climbed X back to FL350, then I turned Z left to a 090 degree heading. Then I turned X 30 degrees left.

Narrative: ACR X NBOUND AT FL350 INBOUND TO IND. THE SECTOR I WAS WORKING HAS A RESTRICTION TO GIVE IND ARRS TO THE NEXT SECTOR AT OR BELOW FL310. Y WAS 15 MI SE OF X AT FL31O WITH A 40 KT OVERTAKE.
