Narrative:

The description is identical to the occurrence on 03/00/94. Both vehicles were traveling northbound on ottawa road. The police report for 03/00/94 concluded that the vehicle was 30-50 ft from my aircraft on that date. Please note the 1 accident with serious injury and 2 near collisions have occurred at B-7 and ottawa service road within the past few weeks. 2 police vehicles and 1 cargo vehicle.

Narrative: THE DESCRIPTION IS IDENTICAL TO THE OCCURRENCE ON 03/00/94. BOTH VEHICLES WERE TRAVELING NBOUND ON OTTAWA ROAD. THE POLICE RPT FOR 03/00/94 CONCLUDED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS 30-50 FT FROM MY ACFT ON THAT DATE. PLEASE NOTE THE 1 ACCIDENT WITH SERIOUS INJURY AND 2 NEAR COLLISIONS HAVE OCCURRED AT B-7 AND OTTAWA SVC ROAD WITHIN THE PAST FEW WEEKS. 2 POLICE VEHICLES AND 1 CARGO VEHICLE.
