Narrative:

Landed at wichita (ict) on runway 19L, taxied off on A5 to A6 to ramp. Ramp is not lighted and crowded with static aircraft. Taxied in front of FBO south terminal. 1 airplane was parked perpendicular to terminal building and other aircraft parked opposite. I attempted to taxi between these aircraft. I was watching my right wingtip to make sure I did not hit plane parked next to terminal. In doing so, I was not attentive enough to my left wingtip and I struck another company's left wingtip parked in opposite direction. Basically the problem was my fault but there are many problems that attributed. One is the ramp is not lighted. Second, the aircraft I hit was parked outside of ramp lines and should have been parked further in. I should have taxied in on A7 and entered ramp from south to north. Also, aircraft should not have been parked next to terminal. Basically, I should not have attempted to taxi into such a tight space and I will not put myself in that position again.

Narrative: LANDED AT WICHITA (ICT) ON RWY 19L, TAXIED OFF ON A5 TO A6 TO RAMP. RAMP IS NOT LIGHTED AND CROWDED WITH STATIC ACFT. TAXIED IN FRONT OF FBO S TERMINAL. 1 AIRPLANE WAS PARKED PERPENDICULAR TO TERMINAL BUILDING AND OTHER ACFT PARKED OPPOSITE. I ATTEMPTED TO TAXI BTWN THESE ACFT. I WAS WATCHING MY R WINGTIP TO MAKE SURE I DID NOT HIT PLANE PARKED NEXT TO TERMINAL. IN DOING SO, I WAS NOT ATTENTIVE ENOUGH TO MY L WINGTIP AND I STRUCK ANOTHER COMPANY'S L WINGTIP PARKED IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION. BASICALLY THE PROB WAS MY FAULT BUT THERE ARE MANY PROBS THAT ATTRIBUTED. ONE IS THE RAMP IS NOT LIGHTED. SECOND, THE ACFT I HIT WAS PARKED OUTSIDE OF RAMP LINES AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN PARKED FURTHER IN. I SHOULD HAVE TAXIED IN ON A7 AND ENTERED RAMP FROM S TO N. ALSO, ACFT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PARKED NEXT TO TERMINAL. BASICALLY, I SHOULD NOT HAVE ATTEMPTED TO TAXI INTO SUCH A TIGHT SPACE AND I WILL NOT PUT MYSELF IN THAT POS AGAIN.
