Narrative:

3 pitts special S-2B aircraft, (a civilian aerobatic formation team), were making non aerobatic passes at fernandina beach, fl (55J), airport for a film crew. There were no other aircraft or personnel in the area at that time. The team executed a type of looping maneuver, one of which we did at airshows, either an aerobatic vertical loop or a horizontal 'flat' non aerobatic loop. The radio transmission was the team would be executing a looping maneuver. The FAA has accused the team of doing a vertical loop as opposed to a horizontal flat non aerobatic loop, just by the radio calls, only. By the FAA's own admission, there were no witnesses.
