Narrative:
We were delayed for maintenance from XA20 to XB14 for pushback from gate at slc. #1 and #2 engines were started and a normal pushback and taxi occurred to spot 1. We made a normal left turn from spot 1 onto taxiway H. This turn appeared very usual and did not seem to be made at excess thrust. I was busy with my station duties during the turn and did not notice the throttle position. After the turn we heard on the radio from ground and tower that a gpu unit had been blown into a commuter aircraft on the ramp and had damaged the aircraft. Thrust was used mainly on #2 engine (high, center- mounted) during turn.
