Narrative:

Atx X DH8 inbound from northeast to eyw was issued pattern entry instructions, and given airport information and issued general traffic instructions. These general traffic instructions were reference navy jets departing runway 31 from nqx and navy traffic circling nqx. Nqx naval air station is approximately 3.5 mi east of the approach end of runway 27. As X was north of the tower for runway 27 he asked if there was traffic in his vicinity and I responded 'negative' and informed X that the only reported traffic was a helicopter low altitude southwest of the field. X responded to the TCASII RA and I coordinated missed approach instructions with nqx approach. Since eyw is negative radar I was only able to issue X known, observed, and reported traffic. I could not identify the traffic that resulted north the TCASII RA.

Title: ATX X TCASII RA WHILE ON DOWNWIND IN VMC CONDITIONS EXECUTED A MISSED APCH.

Narrative: ATX X DH8 INBOUND FROM NE TO EYW WAS ISSUED PATTERN ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS, AND GIVEN ARPT INFO AND ISSUED GENERAL TFC INSTRUCTIONS. THESE GENERAL TFC INSTRUCTIONS WERE REF NAVY JETS DEPARTING RWY 31 FROM NQX AND NAVY TFC CIRCLING NQX. NQX NAVAL AIR STATION IS APPROX 3.5 MI E OF THE APCH END OF RWY 27. AS X WAS N OF THE TWR FOR RWY 27 HE ASKED IF THERE WAS TFC IN HIS VICINITY AND I RESPONDED 'NEGATIVE' AND INFORMED X THAT THE ONLY RPTED TFC WAS A HELI LOW ALT SW OF THE FIELD. X RESPONDED TO THE TCASII RA AND I COORDINATED MISSED APCH INSTRUCTIONS WITH NQX APCH. SINCE EYW IS NEGATIVE RADAR I WAS ONLY ABLE TO ISSUE X KNOWN, OBSERVED, AND RPTED TFC. I COULD NOT IDENT THE TFC THAT RESULTED N THE TCASII RA.
