Narrative:

Runway 33 approach lighting system has been OTS since feb/xx/94 at XA45Z, with no return in sight during the stormiest season of snow this area has seen in a long time. Last mar/thu/94 we really could have used them. RVR 1800 ft with 15 approach lights OTS as well. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated runway 33 approach lights have been returned to service. The runway 15 approach lights were taken OTS because of snow accumulation closing the airport because of WX minimums. Air carrier's forced to divert.
