Narrative:

Citation jet at FL350, sbound south of sat, requested FL260. X was assigned FL260. In my judgement, X was laterally separated from air carrier Y at FL330 northbound, south of sat. Conflict alert was activated and was then apparent lateral separation did not exist. X assigned 40 degree right turn and climb to FL350. Y issued 40 degree right turn, using wrong call sign, Y, then issued descent to FL310. At this time Y advised responding to TCASII RA and was climbing. This maneuver might have been a factor in losing standard separation.
