Narrative:
I, PNF, saw a plane landing on runway 9. We were cleared for takeoff on runway 18. I called 'everything is green and normal, V1 abort!' he didn't respond. I threw power levers to full reverse, stomped on the brakes. Finally, he grabbed the controls. By the time my feet hit the brakes, tower canceled our takeoff clearance. I think he felt bad not seeing it. He was outside and I was inside, but that's why there are 4 eyes up there.

Title: FO OF ACR COMMUTER INITIATES TKOF ABORT DUE TFC LNDG ON XING RWY AT FLO.
Narrative: I, PNF, SAW A PLANE LNDG ON RWY 9. WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 18. I CALLED 'EVERYTHING IS GREEN AND NORMAL, V1 ABORT!' HE DIDN'T RESPOND. I THREW PWR LEVERS TO FULL REVERSE, STOMPED ON THE BRAKES. FINALLY, HE GRABBED THE CTLS. BY THE TIME MY FEET HIT THE BRAKES, TWR CANCELED OUR TKOF CLRNC. I THINK HE FELT BAD NOT SEEING IT. HE WAS OUTSIDE AND I WAS INSIDE, BUT THAT'S WHY THERE ARE 4 EYES UP THERE.
