Narrative:

At approximately XO15 local time, cessna departed lgb with a squawk code to fly into class B airspace. I was then asked to resume own navigation and proceeded to do so. Some seconds later, I made a request to climb up to 12500 ft and departure said to climb out at our discretion and squawk VFR. I asked for another frequency to pick up another class B clearance and was given a frequency for coast approach. Upon contacting coast approach and requesting a clearance into class B airspace to chino and then VFR flight following sky harbor las vegas, I was requested to contact lax approach. I did so and made the same request. Lax approach tried to hand me back to coastal. (No one wanted to work my request.) I stated 'coastal handed me to lax' and they said stand by. Some mins later they said fly heading 070 and gave me a squawk code and informed me that I had penetrated class B airspace. This never should have happened because of the 1ST request made with clearance delivery and the squawk code that followed. I feel as though I was dismissed as an inconvenience by the local controling agency. In my opinion, this never would have taken place if my original request had been forwarded to the next controller instead of being dumped. Also, due to the lack of visibility in such a congested airspace, all of my duties were taxed to maximum capacity and the confusion on the radio led to my getting off course and penetrating class B airspace.

Title: UNAUTH PENETRATION OF TCA B AIRSPACE BY SMA PLT ON A VFR FLT PLAN.

Narrative: AT APPROX XO15 LCL TIME, CESSNA DEPARTED LGB WITH A SQUAWK CODE TO FLY INTO CLASS B AIRSPACE. I WAS THEN ASKED TO RESUME OWN NAV AND PROCEEDED TO DO SO. SOME SECONDS LATER, I MADE A REQUEST TO CLB UP TO 12500 FT AND DEP SAID TO CLB OUT AT OUR DISCRETION AND SQUAWK VFR. I ASKED FOR ANOTHER FREQ TO PICK UP ANOTHER CLASS B CLRNC AND WAS GIVEN A FREQ FOR COAST APCH. UPON CONTACTING COAST APCH AND REQUESTING A CLRNC INTO CLASS B AIRSPACE TO CHINO AND THEN VFR FLT FOLLOWING SKY HARBOR LAS VEGAS, I WAS REQUESTED TO CONTACT LAX APCH. I DID SO AND MADE THE SAME REQUEST. LAX APCH TRIED TO HAND ME BACK TO COASTAL. (NO ONE WANTED TO WORK MY REQUEST.) I STATED 'COASTAL HANDED ME TO LAX' AND THEY SAID STAND BY. SOME MINS LATER THEY SAID FLY HDG 070 AND GAVE ME A SQUAWK CODE AND INFORMED ME THAT I HAD PENETRATED CLASS B AIRSPACE. THIS NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED BECAUSE OF THE 1ST REQUEST MADE WITH CLRNC DELIVERY AND THE SQUAWK CODE THAT FOLLOWED. I FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS DISMISSED AS AN INCONVENIENCE BY THE LCL CTLING AGENCY. IN MY OPINION, THIS NEVER WOULD HAVE TAKEN PLACE IF MY ORIGINAL REQUEST HAD BEEN FORWARDED TO THE NEXT CTLR INSTEAD OF BEING DUMPED. ALSO, DUE TO THE LACK OF VISIBILITY IN SUCH A CONGESTED AIRSPACE, ALL OF MY DUTIES WERE TAXED TO MAX CAPACITY AND THE CONFUSION ON THE RADIO LED TO MY GETTING OFF COURSE AND PENETRATING CLASS B AIRSPACE.
