Narrative:

Small aircraft X stayed close traffic due to WX for 6 touch and goes. Upon taxi, let tower know I was new to airport. Called base, 'osan tower small aircraft X right base.' tower: 'small aircraft X you're cleared approach, men and equipment on or around runway.' if this became a hazard, expected to hear go around. Me: 'small aircraft X is cleared approach or cleared option.' (not sure). Radio silent during base and final. Touchdown, see truck 5000 ft away, pull up full power. Next call came from tower, telling me to contact them on ground line. Called, apologized. Told him I misinterpreted instructions. Controller said he was going to file a hazardous report.

RADIO SILENT DURING BASE AND FINAL. TOUCHDOWN, SEE TRUCK 5000 FT AWAY, PULL UP FULL PWR. NEXT CALL CAME FROM TWR, TELLING ME TO CONTACT THEM ON GND LINE. CALLED, APOLOGIZED. TOLD HIM I MISINTERPRETED INSTRUCTIONS. CTLR SAID HE WAS GOING TO FILE A HAZARDOUS RPT.
