Narrative:

On takeoff roll, at approximately 100 KTS, I realized the tail of a widebody transport was very close to the edge of the runway. There was not adequate distance to stop before the widebody transport. I deviated as far to the left of the runway as I felt was possible and a normal takeoff was accomplished. I have no idea how or why this aircraft was where it was. Supplemental information from acn 260076: after landing, captain contacted company safety office.
