Narrative:

TCASII RA target at 12 O'clock 200-300 ft below. Climb command given by TCASII. Immediate climb through 14000 ft. ATC advised traffic at 2500 ft then after RA, ATC called the traffic at 12500 ft. My opinion was traffic descended from approximately 12800 ft to 12500 ft after seeing us. We never saw traffic visually only on TCASII. WX was good with localized thunderstorms.

Narrative: TCASII RA TARGET AT 12 O'CLOCK 200-300 FT BELOW. CLB COMMAND GIVEN BY TCASII. IMMEDIATE CLB THROUGH 14000 FT. ATC ADVISED TFC AT 2500 FT THEN AFTER RA, ATC CALLED THE TFC AT 12500 FT. MY OPINION WAS TFC DSNDED FROM APPROX 12800 FT TO 12500 FT AFTER SEEING US. WE NEVER SAW TFC VISUALLY ONLY ON TCASII. WX WAS GOOD WITH LOCALIZED TSTMS.
