Narrative:

Late descent clearance due to communication problems. ILS was not notamed inoperative but was not working and we were given clearance to intercept. Descending from 4000 ft to 3000 ft, picked up runway in sight. Asked for visual. Cleared for visual and cleared to land on approach frequency. Realized we landed at wrong airport too late. Broken clouds, bad communications, inoperative ILS all contributed. Supplemental information from acn 259044: late clearance by approach resulted in high/fast approach. Asked for clearance to descend to get below clouds to get a visual approach. Broke out underneath steep and fast, saw runway and landed. On rollout, captain and first officer remarked incorrect field (my first trip to sdq).
