Narrative:

Late descent clearance from santo domingo radio into the las americas airfield. Cleared to intercept the runway 17 ILS by approach. GS signal good, localizer signal inoperative. Requested lower altitude for visual approach. Beneath the clouds, field in sight, cleared to land. During landing rollout realized I landed at the wrong airfield. Cleared to land on approach frequency. We weren't switched to tower during the final approach.
