Narrative:

I was cleared to land on runway 36L and asked to take the earliest taxiway to the right. A large jet was departing same runway and I came in a little high and fast. The controller suggested that I land a little long to avoid possible wake turbulence. Took the first taxiway that I could to the right and responded to the controller's clearance to tune to ground control. I tuned into ground and there was constant talk. While I waited to get a chance to talk, I taxied off the taxiway a few ft to a large air carrier ramp with no traffic around me. I finally got ground and they instructed me to taxi to FBO. I was instructed to change ground frequency several times. The second ground controller that I got had told me to stop at a ramp entrance on the taxiway that I was on. I was in the process of passing this point as the instruction was given. The controller told me to continue to the FBO ramp and I did. I was asked to contact the supervisor in the control tower by phone which I did. He informed me that I had not obeyed the order to taxi off runway at landing. I said that I was told to land long and take earliest right taxiway which I did. Next he said that I taxied onto an air carrier ramp unauthorized. I told him that when I was taxiing off the runway there was so much talk that I couldn't cut in. I was being followed by heavy jet carriers also taxiing behind me so I continued taxiing up about 20 ft and stopped on the air carrier ramp out of the way of any traffic by 200-300 yards at least, in any direction. Once I got ground control, I proceeded to FBO as directed, however, the controller did ask me to stop at a taxiway that I was in the process of passing. I kept asking for detailed taxi instructions but the chatter on the frequency was very heavy and I was asked to change frequency multiple times also adding to limited time getting detailed instructions.

Title: SMA UNABLE TO COMPLY WITH TAXI INSTRUCTIONS AFTER LNDG.

Narrative: I WAS CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 36L AND ASKED TO TAKE THE EARLIEST TXWY TO THE R. A LARGE JET WAS DEPARTING SAME RWY AND I CAME IN A LITTLE HIGH AND FAST. THE CTLR SUGGESTED THAT I LAND A LITTLE LONG TO AVOID POSSIBLE WAKE TURB. TOOK THE FIRST TXWY THAT I COULD TO THE R AND RESPONDED TO THE CTLR'S CLRNC TO TUNE TO GND CTL. I TUNED INTO GND AND THERE WAS CONSTANT TALK. WHILE I WAITED TO GET A CHANCE TO TALK, I TAXIED OFF THE TXWY A FEW FT TO A LARGE ACR RAMP WITH NO TFC AROUND ME. I FINALLY GOT GND AND THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO TAXI TO FBO. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO CHANGE GND FREQ SEVERAL TIMES. THE SECOND GND CTLR THAT I GOT HAD TOLD ME TO STOP AT A RAMP ENTRANCE ON THE TXWY THAT I WAS ON. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PASSING THIS POINT AS THE INSTRUCTION WAS GIVEN. THE CTLR TOLD ME TO CONTINUE TO THE FBO RAMP AND I DID. I WAS ASKED TO CONTACT THE SUPVR IN THE CTL TWR BY PHONE WHICH I DID. HE INFORMED ME THAT I HAD NOT OBEYED THE ORDER TO TAXI OFF RWY AT LNDG. I SAID THAT I WAS TOLD TO LAND LONG AND TAKE EARLIEST R TXWY WHICH I DID. NEXT HE SAID THAT I TAXIED ONTO AN ACR RAMP UNAUTH. I TOLD HIM THAT WHEN I WAS TAXIING OFF THE RWY THERE WAS SO MUCH TALK THAT I COULDN'T CUT IN. I WAS BEING FOLLOWED BY HVY JET CARRIERS ALSO TAXIING BEHIND ME SO I CONTINUED TAXIING UP ABOUT 20 FT AND STOPPED ON THE ACR RAMP OUT OF THE WAY OF ANY TFC BY 200-300 YARDS AT LEAST, IN ANY DIRECTION. ONCE I GOT GND CTL, I PROCEEDED TO FBO AS DIRECTED, HOWEVER, THE CTLR DID ASK ME TO STOP AT A TXWY THAT I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PASSING. I KEPT ASKING FOR DETAILED TAXI INSTRUCTIONS BUT THE CHATTER ON THE FREQ WAS VERY HVY AND I WAS ASKED TO CHANGE FREQ MULTIPLE TIMES ALSO ADDING TO LIMITED TIME GETTING DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS.
