En route phl to mco at FL350, engine heat on, light icing. Right engine compressor stall, power idle, stall ceased. Aircraft not holding pressurization. Initiated descent to FL240. While in descent, cabin warning light illuminated. Declared emergency and initiated emergency descent to 10000 ft. After level off, passenger suffers potential heart attack. On board doctors assisted passenger. Started to jax international (divert). Doctor informs just hypertension. Proceeded to mco and paramedics assisted passenger.
