Narrative:
I was working stadium (AR2) and zuma (AR3) combined. We were staggering our arrs. I was talking to about 7 planes. The 2 in particular were air carrier X on downwind and government Y from darts intersection, descending to 4000 ft. Burbank approach was late in descending the government Y and late to change frequency. I stopped my air carrier X at 5000 ft heading 070 degrees off smo VOR. The government Y came off darts heading 140 degrees descending to 4000 ft. After speaking with the other aircraft on frequency, I heard the air carrier X jet say 'do you know what just passed about 400 ft beneath us?' I looked and I saw government Y about 2 mi southeast of air carrier X position at 4000 ft. I told him it was a beoz for the south complex and was no factor to him. He didn't say anything further. I told my supervisor and he asks did I have separation. I said yes. I gave him the flight strips also. As of nov/wed/93 no one has said anything further. Maybe it's me, but I think there are too many planes in the los angeles air at given times because these scrambles are happening every day more than once a day.

Title: CTLR HAS LTSS WITH 2 DSNDING ACFT.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING STADIUM (AR2) AND ZUMA (AR3) COMBINED. WE WERE STAGGERING OUR ARRS. I WAS TALKING TO ABOUT 7 PLANES. THE 2 IN PARTICULAR WERE ACR X ON DOWNWIND AND GOV Y FROM DARTS INTXN, DSNDING TO 4000 FT. BURBANK APCH WAS LATE IN DSNDING THE GOV Y AND LATE TO CHANGE FREQ. I STOPPED MY ACR X AT 5000 FT HDG 070 DEGS OFF SMO VOR. THE GOV Y CAME OFF DARTS HDG 140 DEGS DSNDING TO 4000 FT. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE OTHER ACFT ON FREQ, I HEARD THE ACR X JET SAY 'DO YOU KNOW WHAT JUST PASSED ABOUT 400 FT BENEATH US?' I LOOKED AND I SAW GOV Y ABOUT 2 MI SE OF ACR X POS AT 4000 FT. I TOLD HIM IT WAS A BEOZ FOR THE S COMPLEX AND WAS NO FACTOR TO HIM. HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING FURTHER. I TOLD MY SUPVR AND HE ASKS DID I HAVE SEPARATION. I SAID YES. I GAVE HIM THE FLT STRIPS ALSO.
