Narrative:

Ferry flight originally filed to bna. After refiling and 3.5 hour delay, we departed for chicago. ACARS clearance header showed bwi-ord but body still showed bna routing and destination. This was not discovered until airborne and ATC vectors didn't correspond with the first fix filed. We requested and received routing to ord which corresponded with our intended flight routing. Failure to notice that the routing was not changed in the latest ACARS clearance was due to complacency brought on by a long history of correlation between computer generated flight plans, automatic loading of omega by ACARS and the ACARS clearance. The flight plan and omega were crosschecked on the ground and at no time did we deviate from our ATC clearance. I will be more vigilant in the future, especially in instances of redispatching.

Title: MISSED PDC NOT SHOWING CHANGE IN DEST AFTER 3.5 HR DELAY.

Narrative: FERRY FLT ORIGINALLY FILED TO BNA. AFTER REFILING AND 3.5 HR DELAY, WE DEPARTED FOR CHICAGO. ACARS CLRNC HEADER SHOWED BWI-ORD BUT BODY STILL SHOWED BNA ROUTING AND DEST. THIS WAS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL AIRBORNE AND ATC VECTORS DIDN'T CORRESPOND WITH THE FIRST FIX FILED. WE REQUESTED AND RECEIVED ROUTING TO ORD WHICH CORRESPONDED WITH OUR INTENDED FLT ROUTING. FAILURE TO NOTICE THAT THE ROUTING WAS NOT CHANGED IN THE LATEST ACARS CLRNC WAS DUE TO COMPLACENCY BROUGHT ON BY A LONG HISTORY OF CORRELATION BTWN COMPUTER GENERATED FLT PLANS, AUTO LOADING OF OMEGA BY ACARS AND THE ACARS CLRNC. THE FLT PLAN AND OMEGA WERE XCHKED ON THE GND AND AT NO TIME DID WE DEVIATE FROM OUR ATC CLRNC. I WILL BE MORE VIGILANT IN THE FUTURE, ESPECIALLY IN INSTANCES OF REDISPATCHING.
