Narrative:
This tower encounters continuous radio interference from ground control to local control. Airways facilities has tried to fix this problem but for some reason can't. This is a very dangerous condition and must be corrected now.

Narrative: THIS TWR ENCOUNTERS CONTINUOUS RADIO INTERFERENCE FROM GND CTL TO LCL CTL. AIRWAYS FACILITIES HAS TRIED TO FIX THIS PROB BUT FOR SOME REASON CAN'T. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION AND MUST BE CORRECTED NOW.
