A foreign heavy widebody transport Y landed runway 04R, turn off at taxiway 'flight attendant.' I instructed widebody transport Y to turn left on the taxiway 'zb' and right on 'G' taxiway to hold short of runway 04L. Light transport X advised tower that widebody transport Y right wing went over his aircraft tail.
