Narrative:
Initiated helicopter landing for aerial filming purposes, near brooklyn bridge. Accomplished landing and takeoff without incident. Was unaware a permit was required by state and local aviation agencies. Further research has educated myself on agencies to contact prior to any landing activity in new york city.

Title: UNAUTH LNDG BY ROTARY WINGED TFC AT OFF ARPT LNDG SITE WITHOUT PROPER LICENSING OR COORD WITH STATE AGENCIES.
Narrative: INITIATED HELI LNDG FOR AERIAL FILMING PURPOSES, NEAR BROOKLYN BRIDGE. ACCOMPLISHED LNDG AND TKOF WITHOUT INCIDENT. WAS UNAWARE A PERMIT WAS REQUIRED BY STATE AND LCL AVIATION AGENCIES. FURTHER RESEARCH HAS EDUCATED MYSELF ON AGENCIES TO CONTACT PRIOR TO ANY LNDG ACTIVITY IN NEW YORK CITY.
