Narrative:

First officer was flying. ATC gave TA. At same time TCASII TA was noted then RA 800 ft below us. No visual contact was made. First officer disengaged autoplt, climbed to 11800 ft. I made visual contact with bizjet. We returned to 11000 ft and notified ATC of excursion.

Narrative: FO WAS FLYING. ATC GAVE TA. AT SAME TIME TCASII TA WAS NOTED THEN RA 800 FT BELOW US. NO VISUAL CONTACT WAS MADE. FO DISENGAGED AUTOPLT, CLBED TO 11800 FT. I MADE VISUAL CONTACT WITH BIZJET. WE RETURNED TO 11000 FT AND NOTIFIED ATC OF EXCURSION.
