Narrative:
Aircraft was loaded with ballast fuel. On level off, I noticed (during a 'level off' panel scan) fuel was being improperly burned. That burn was terminated and proper distribution reestablished by dumping a total of 2000 pounds.

Title: CAPT OF AN LGT ACR ACFT DUMPED FUEL AFTER LEVELING OFF IN ORDER TO ADJUST THE ACFT CTR OF GRAVITY WITHIN LIMITS.
Narrative: ACFT WAS LOADED WITH BALLAST FUEL. ON LEVEL OFF, I NOTICED (DURING A 'LEVEL OFF' PANEL SCAN) FUEL WAS BEING IMPROPERLY BURNED. THAT BURN WAS TERMINATED AND PROPER DISTRIBUTION REESTABLISHED BY DUMPING A TOTAL OF 2000 LBS.
