Narrative:

On short final we asked the tower where we should plan exiting runway as the airport has many txwys closed for construction. The tower said either short of runway 27 right turn or on down to D9. We opted to roll to D9, the captain began to turn on what I believed to be D8. I stated that 'I believe this is D8,' but we had already exited and came to a stop. The tower had us do a 180 degree and taxi back to runway to D9. The confusion existed because D9 is not on the taxi/airport taxiway diagram, and there were no cones marking the taxiway closed, it's pretty tough to read those signs for taxiway markings as you're rolling down the runway.

Title: FLC OF A LTT ACR ACFT INADVERTENTLY TURNED OFF ON THE WRONG TXWY WHICH WAS CLOSED AFTER LNDG CONTRARY TO TWR INSTRUCTIONS.

Narrative: ON SHORT FINAL WE ASKED THE TWR WHERE WE SHOULD PLAN EXITING RWY AS THE ARPT HAS MANY TXWYS CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION. THE TWR SAID EITHER SHORT OF RWY 27 R TURN OR ON DOWN TO D9. WE OPTED TO ROLL TO D9, THE CAPT BEGAN TO TURN ON WHAT I BELIEVED TO BE D8. I STATED THAT 'I BELIEVE THIS IS D8,' BUT WE HAD ALREADY EXITED AND CAME TO A STOP. THE TWR HAD US DO A 180 DEG AND TAXI BACK TO RWY TO D9. THE CONFUSION EXISTED BECAUSE D9 IS NOT ON THE TAXI/ARPT TXWY DIAGRAM, AND THERE WERE NO CONES MARKING THE TXWY CLOSED, IT'S PRETTY TOUGH TO READ THOSE SIGNS FOR TXWY MARKINGS AS YOU'RE ROLLING DOWN THE RWY.
