Narrative:

On a flight from dfw to mex, flight crew was notified by dispatch 10 mins after takeoff, that the load weight figures given to the crew prior to takeoff were incorrect. The aircraft was over maximum takeoff weight by about 500-1000 pounds but showed no control problems or flight difficulties. The load information provided to the crew prior to takeoff was within legal limits and appropriate for the conditions. Solution to this problem, other than greater accuracy by load master, unknown. Supplemental information from acn 252567: technical services advised to continue and do maintenance logbook entry, advising to do overweight landing type inspection. Actual landing weight was 1500 pounds. Under maximum landing weight. My company is doing an investigation now to try and prevent a recurrence.
