Narrative:
On takeoff from runway 14 srq at 600 ft AGL, we took evasive action (abrupt leveloff and right turn) to avoid a small aircraft Y. Small aircraft Y initiated a left turn away about the same time. Small aircraft Y appeared to be in a right downwind runway 22. No injuries.
