Narrative:

I was cruising at 41000 ft in VMC conditions when I encountered a high overcast layer obscuring various cumulus nimbus's. I requested and received clearance to climb to FL430. At approximately 42000 ft, I encountered light to moderate turbulence. The right engine flamed out and I received descent clearance to FL260 for restart. I performed restart procedure and engine started and stabilized. I climbed back up to FL410 and completed the flight without incident. Upon reaching destination, I performed a visual inspection of the engine and found no visual problems. I attribute this occurrence to improper adjustments made on this engine when it was leased and out of our control.

Narrative: I WAS CRUISING AT 41000 FT IN VMC CONDITIONS WHEN I ENCOUNTERED A HIGH OVCST LAYER OBSCURING VARIOUS CUMULUS NIMBUS'S. I REQUESTED AND RECEIVED CLRNC TO CLB TO FL430. AT APPROX 42000 FT, I ENCOUNTERED LIGHT TO MODERATE TURB. THE R ENG FLAMED OUT AND I RECEIVED DSCNT CLRNC TO FL260 FOR RESTART. I PERFORMED RESTART PROC AND ENG STARTED AND STABILIZED. I CLBED BACK UP TO FL410 AND COMPLETED THE FLT WITHOUT INCIDENT. UPON REACHING DEST, I PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE ENG AND FOUND NO VISUAL PROBS.
