Narrative:

While at cruise, oil pressure fluctuated on #1 engine. Event confirmed between warning light and gauge. We advised ATC and diverted to tys (original destination hsv). No emergency declared. Engine did not require shutdown. We requested emergency equipment to be standing by. Maintenance checked the engine and found it to be down by 6 quarts. No leaks found. We then had the #2 oil quantity checked. It was down by 5 quarts. Apparently, the service checks were performed at the appropriate times (every 3 calendar days). However, the plane had flown 25 hours in 2.5 days. More frequent required oil quantity checks may be appropriate.
