Narrative:

Extremely bright and annoying reflection lasting about 30 seconds. While descending through 27000 ft on descent for landing las vegas, nv. Comes from new hotel (pyramid shaped) being built near las airport. It was a problem even 57 NM out. It is much worse, of course on the airport in morning and west of airport in afternoon. Perhaps a coating could be put on all the outside glass surfaces of the hotel to reduce reflection.
