On approach to runway 26R at atl, 'anti skid fail' light illuminated. Crew neglected to verify maximum landing weight for runway 26R with anti skid inoperative, which was below actual aircraft weight at the time. Contributing factors: report time of XA03 am, 2ND leg of pairing. Recommend: practice of anti skid inoperative takeoff and lndgs in simulator, not just classroom discussion.
