Narrative:

Climbing out of tampa controller asked our speed. We reported 300 KTS. Controller advised possible speed deviation from tampa 2 SID. Copilot had mentioned 250 KTS on the SID during taxi out. We also discussed noise abatement and headings for runway 18L, a runway we don't normally use. Speed restrictions are usually issued in the clearance, either read off of the ACARS or monitored from the radio. ZJX had given us 26000 ft and direct cross city, the SID restrictions were forgotten.
