Narrative:

Approximately 1000 ft after touchdown aircraft struck approximately 200 birds that were flocking on the runway. ATC information advised of possible bird activity in the airport area, however, if I had known that the bird activity amounted to thousands of birds in and around the runway, I would have never landed when I did. Airline maintenance inspected aircraft air frame and engines and found no damage.
