Narrative:
Aircraft was on ground with propellers feathered and wheels chocked, turbines still running at idle. The aircraft was being attended to by a qualified pilot/fuel attendant as well as other maintenance people. During this time period, the aircraft was left unattended for a period of approximately 2 mins.

Title: FLC OF AN SMT TWIN TURBOPROP CPR ACFT LEFT THE ENGS RUNNING WITH THE PROPS FEATHERED UNATTENDED.
Narrative: ACFT WAS ON GND WITH PROPS FEATHERED AND WHEELS CHOCKED, TURBINES STILL RUNNING AT IDLE. THE ACFT WAS BEING ATTENDED TO BY A QUALIFIED PLT/FUEL ATTENDANT AS WELL AS OTHER MAINT PEOPLE. DURING THIS TIME PERIOD, THE ACFT WAS LEFT UNATTENDED FOR A PERIOD OF APPROX 2 MINS.
