Narrative:

We were vectored below clouds for visual approach to runway 28R and given traffic as air carrier Y widebody transport on runway 28L. Widebody transport Y either couldn't or wouldn't stay behind us and drew abreast about 5-6 mi out and was passing. I decided 200 ft wingtip-to-wingtip clearance, especially with a heavy, was insufficient and made missed approach.
