Narrative:

Smaller aircraft took off same runway approximately 2 mins before us. Takeoff was into morning sun. And at approximately 1000 ft AGL TCASII RA to climb. Then at 3000 ft TCASII RA to 'descend.' we had the smaller aircraft in sight and stopped our climb at approximately 7000 ft MSL to pass under and to right of aircraft. There was no danger of contact however. TCASII first give climb then on another target, 1 min later it gave descend. When we were clear of aircraft, we climbed to our initial altitude of 10000 ft.
