Narrative:

Pilot's side window opened. Cabin depressurized. Much noise. Slowed aircraft. Communications difficulty. Following aircraft started overtaking. ZSE didn't have spacing separation because we slowed down to 210 KTS and center wanted us at 250 KTS. We didn't know that. Window popping open. Told center we could only maintain speed and that we had a pressurization problem (because of window). Center gave us a heading to fly. Should have told center sooner but it had just happened. Should have talked to center sooner. Noise from depressurizing and wind noise.
