Narrative:

I was cleared for the golf arrival and the flamingo transition into las international airport. I was following traffic 2 mi in front of my position. I lost the traffic in ground clutter when I was over the las vegas wash marina. I advised approach of this. Approach said the traffic was 10 KTS faster and no factor, and said to continue. I continued down flamingo for a left base and then was passed off to tower and thought tower cleared me for runway 19L. I continued on base to final and did not question the landing instructions with the tower. When I turned to final on runway 19L there was an medium large transport at the hold short line. I continued the approach, then I noticed the medium large transport started to move. At this point the tower told the medium large transport to continue the taxi to the other side of runway 19L. No time when I was on final did the tower advise me I was lined up with the wrong runway. The medium large transport was clear to the other side of runway 19L, so I continued my approach and landing on runway 19L. After landing and clear of runway 19L, I called ground control. Ground control came back and said I landed on the wrong runway and be advised you were told twice that you were cleared for runway 19R. Cause of problem: I did not read back the landing clearance stating what runway I was cleared to land on -- I only acknowledged that I understood what I heard. My mind was set that I was landing on runway 19L, and I did not hear what approach and tower was saying because my mind was already made up. If I would have read back the runway that I was cleared for, this problem would have been corrected long before I landed on the wrong runway. I should have questioned the landing clearance when the medium large transport taxied across the end of the runway. The tower should have advised me when they realized I was lined up with the wrong runway. I also had a very urgent need to go to the bathroom, which also occupied some of my thoughts.

Title: SMT AIR TAXI LANDS ON WRONG RWY.

Narrative: I WAS CLRED FOR THE GOLF ARR AND THE FLAMINGO TRANSITION INTO LAS INTL ARPT. I WAS FOLLOWING TFC 2 MI IN FRONT OF MY POS. I LOST THE TFC IN GND CLUTTER WHEN I WAS OVER THE LAS VEGAS WASH MARINA. I ADVISED APCH OF THIS. APCH SAID THE TFC WAS 10 KTS FASTER AND NO FACTOR, AND SAID TO CONTINUE. I CONTINUED DOWN FLAMINGO FOR A L BASE AND THEN WAS PASSED OFF TO TWR AND THOUGHT TWR CLRED ME FOR RWY 19L. I CONTINUED ON BASE TO FINAL AND DID NOT QUESTION THE LNDG INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE TWR. WHEN I TURNED TO FINAL ON RWY 19L THERE WAS AN MLG AT THE HOLD SHORT LINE. I CONTINUED THE APCH, THEN I NOTICED THE MLG STARTED TO MOVE. AT THIS POINT THE TWR TOLD THE MLG TO CONTINUE THE TAXI TO THE OTHER SIDE OF RWY 19L. NO TIME WHEN I WAS ON FINAL DID THE TWR ADVISE ME I WAS LINED UP WITH THE WRONG RWY. THE MLG WAS CLR TO THE OTHER SIDE OF RWY 19L, SO I CONTINUED MY APCH AND LNDG ON RWY 19L. AFTER LNDG AND CLR OF RWY 19L, I CALLED GND CTL. GND CTL CAME BACK AND SAID I LANDED ON THE WRONG RWY AND BE ADVISED YOU WERE TOLD TWICE THAT YOU WERE CLRED FOR RWY 19R. CAUSE OF PROB: I DID NOT READ BACK THE LNDG CLRNC STATING WHAT RWY I WAS CLRED TO LAND ON -- I ONLY ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I UNDERSTOOD WHAT I HEARD. MY MIND WAS SET THAT I WAS LNDG ON RWY 19L, AND I DID NOT HEAR WHAT APCH AND TWR WAS SAYING BECAUSE MY MIND WAS ALREADY MADE UP. IF I WOULD HAVE READ BACK THE RWY THAT I WAS CLRED FOR, THIS PROB WOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED LONG BEFORE I LANDED ON THE WRONG RWY. I SHOULD HAVE QUESTIONED THE LNDG CLRNC WHEN THE MLG TAXIED ACROSS THE END OF THE RWY. THE TWR SHOULD HAVE ADVISED ME WHEN THEY REALIZED I WAS LINED UP WITH THE WRONG RWY. I ALSO HAD A VERY URGENT NEED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM, WHICH ALSO OCCUPIED SOME OF MY THOUGHTS.
