Narrative:
Cpr X was handed off to ZTL. According to LOA, turboprops departing atl to ZTL airspace depart at 120 with control for turns only. Cpr X was climbed to 140 and above without coordination or approval. Turbojets depart at 140 for climb and could have 'run over' cpr X had there been the proper circumstances.

Narrative: CPR X WAS HANDED OFF TO ZTL. ACCORDING TO LOA, TURBOPROPS DEPARTING ATL TO ZTL AIRSPACE DEPART AT 120 WITH CTL FOR TURNS ONLY. CPR X WAS CLBED TO 140 AND ABOVE WITHOUT COORD OR APPROVAL. TURBOJETS DEPART AT 140 FOR CLB AND COULD HAVE 'RUN OVER' CPR X HAD THERE BEEN THE PROPER CIRCUMSTANCES.
