Narrative:
I was working local at pwk ATCT when I noticed, on my BRITE scope, air carrier X and air carrier Y on final at ord runway 22R. The aircraft were less than 1000 ft vertical and 2 mi in trail. The WX at pwk was 3000 broken and 7 mi visibility.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING LCL AT PWK ATCT WHEN I NOTICED, ON MY BRITE SCOPE, ACR X AND ACR Y ON FINAL AT ORD RWY 22R. THE ACFT WERE LESS THAN 1000 FT VERT AND 2 MI IN TRAIL. THE WX AT PWK WAS 3000 BROKEN AND 7 MI VISIBILITY.
