Narrative:

We were scheduled for an XY00 local departure out of san and were advised of the airport's XX00 local restriction for non-stage III aircraft. During our preflight, we were advised by the local FBO representative of an XY00 local restriction. This was at XX00 local and during the discussion another representative of the FBO reconfirmed our previous XZ00 local restriction. We then called our dispatcher to confirm the restriction. We were reassured that the restriction was for XZ00 local. We started engines and taxied the aircraft at XY20 local and requested takeoff clearance at XY30 local for an XY35 local departure. We are still not sure of the restriction of xy or XZ00 local and I'm not sure how to clear up the confusion. We are working with dispatch to see how they get their information and xchking with the pilots with references to charts and domestic NOTAMS. With the number of restr airports growing daily we have to have a fail proof method of determining these restrictions. Supplemental information from acn 242127: confusion existed between dispatch and flight crew as to curfew time. Executive passenger unavoidably delayed, and so was our departure.

Title: CORPORATE ACFT DEPARTS WITHOUT BEING CERTAIN OF CURFEW HRS.

Narrative: WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR AN XY00 LCL DEP OUT OF SAN AND WERE ADVISED OF THE ARPT'S XX00 LCL RESTRICTION FOR NON-STAGE III ACFT. DURING OUR PREFLT, WE WERE ADVISED BY THE LCL FBO REPRESENTATIVE OF AN XY00 LCL RESTRICTION. THIS WAS AT XX00 LCL AND DURING THE DISCUSSION ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FBO RECONFIRMED OUR PREVIOUS XZ00 LCL RESTRICTION. WE THEN CALLED OUR DISPATCHER TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTION. WE WERE REASSURED THAT THE RESTRICTION WAS FOR XZ00 LCL. WE STARTED ENGS AND TAXIED THE ACFT AT XY20 LCL AND REQUESTED TKOF CLRNC AT XY30 LCL FOR AN XY35 LCL DEP. WE ARE STILL NOT SURE OF THE RESTRICTION OF XY OR XZ00 LCL AND I'M NOT SURE HOW TO CLR UP THE CONFUSION. WE ARE WORKING WITH DISPATCH TO SEE HOW THEY GET THEIR INFO AND XCHKING WITH THE PLTS WITH REFS TO CHARTS AND DOMESTIC NOTAMS. WITH THE NUMBER OF RESTR ARPTS GROWING DAILY WE HAVE TO HAVE A FAIL PROOF METHOD OF DETERMINING THESE RESTRICTIONS. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 242127: CONFUSION EXISTED BTWN DISPATCH AND FLC AS TO CURFEW TIME. EXECUTIVE PAX UNAVOIDABLY DELAYED, AND SO WAS OUR DEP.
