Narrative:
Flight mco-mia on may/xx/93 was being radar vectored by pbi approach control at 10000 ft MSL. TCASII alerted us 10 seconds prior to RA. Unknown aircraft showed -500 ft to our altitude. TCASII then told us to climb at least 2000 FPM. We climbed as required by regulation into another jet aircraft at 11000 ft. A loss of separation occurred with the jet above us and we missed it by about 200 ft vertical 1/4 mi horizontally.
