Narrative:

On landing on runway 20 at 9g1, turbulence caused me to land short of my intended place on runway and on rollout, wing tip hit wing tip of parked airplane. I was in positive control and never off paved runway. The parked airplane was facing me and its wing tip (left) was approximately 4 ft from edge of runway pavement. Runway is 2645 ft by 37 ft wide. Parked aircraft was unoccupied. No injuries to me or my passenger. Uncontrolled airport, no one monitoring unicom to have aircraft moved. Supplemental information from acn 241221: my small aircraft was parked 10-12 ft from runway facing north. Another small aircraft was landing to the south in a light crosswind. His left wing struck my left wing. I was standing about 100 ft from the plane when this happened.
