Narrative:

Radio frequency 134.47 at ZFW (decod hi sector) has been causing numerous problems for up to 7 days. The frequency 'burps' frequently, and on occasion cuts out. These problems have been reported to airway facilities, but to date have not been corrected. These problems cause an unsafe situation on a busy sequencing sector where there is no room for error if radio failure occurs. Pilots have trouble hearing ATC, and miss many calls. This problem could be related and a causal factor in an operational error that occurred on this sector may/xx/93.
